45th Anniversary 2023
The Brief
The IRFU Charitable Trust were celebrating their 45th Anniversary with a special event, held at The Intercontinental, Dublin. To showcase the fundraiser event for future stakeholders, and to capture the event, the Client wanted a Highlights Reel video post-event. The video would be used as content across their website and social channels.
Our Solution
In advance of the event, we worked with the Client to produce succinct questions for their key guests. Then, as a three-person crew, we interviewed speakers such as Johnny Sexton and Fiona Coghlan, sponsors and corporate partners for pieces-to-camera/vox pos. Additionally we filmed b-roll during the event in the primary ballroom, as well as capturing the Q&A panel, live entertainment and live auction segments.
Results
We provided the Client with the Highlights Reel video, which they could distribute via their social channels and their website.
